TCCL Results, 5 dollar blitz on Tuesday!

Tuesday:  Five Dollar Blitz!  G/5, d/5.  RCC rated. $5 for members, $10 for non-members.  Prizes TBD.  Starts at 6:30 PM.

TCCL Results:   All 3 teams tied 2-2 at the last TCCL round.  The Mayo Ultimates are in 4th place in the Gold section, Mayo B2 or not B2 are in 5th place in the Silver section, and the Mayo Knights are in 8th place in the Bronze section.  Full results available at the TCCL website.

Volunteering opportunity:  Please help spread the word about the K6 tournament on Jan 26.  Community Education Flyer.  Students should be able to register onsite.  We are also looking for parents and older scholastic players to be assistant TDs with Matt Jensen and Dennis Mays.  The tournament is scheduled to run from 10 AM to 3 PM.  Stop by whenever you have time.

National Master Scott Riester Analyzing Games on Tuesday

Tuesday:  National Master and Minnesota Master/Expert Class Champion Scott Riester will be analyzing our games on Tuesday.   Free for members and $5 for non-members.  We will start around 6:30 PM.  It will also be a casual night for those interested in playing some games on the side.

Free G/20 Tournament Tomorrow Night

Tomorrow night

Tomorrow night we will be having a free G/20, d/5 tournament starting at 6:30 PM.  The tournament will be 4 rounds and RCC rated.  Free for members and $5 for non-members.

Upcoming K-6 Tournament

Matt, Dennis and Jack are putting together a tournament through Community Education for grades K-6.  The tournament will be held on January 26th at the Northrop building.  Details can be found on the flyer which should be sent home with students this month.
