Chess players, chess parents, and volunteers are invited to attend a meeting at 6:30 PM on Tuesday, January 30 in the Mayo Clinic Harwick Cafeteria to discuss the future of our chess club. The meeting is open to all.

Local players Jesse Buss and Matt Jensen have a weekly live chess podcast titled “No Pawn Intended”. There will be an episode recorded on Wednesday at 8 PM. All episodes are later posted to YouTube and Spotify with a few edits. The podcast is a lot of fun.

GAME ANALYSIS AND CASUAL CHESS ON TUESDAY, JANUARY 23.
National Master Matt Jensen will lead a game analysis session on Tuesday, January 23, starting at 7 PM. Share one of your favorite games (win, loss, or draw) with the group. Enter the game notation as a study on Lichess ahead of time to make the analysis session easier. Casual chess will be featured as well.
