FIDE Woman Chess Master Jovana Milosevic is Available for Coaching

Jovana Milosevic has returned to Serbia for the foreseeable future. That is the bad news. The good news is Jovana is still coaching chess. As many of us know, Jovana is an excellent teacher. She is able to present complex material in a way that her pupils understand. Please see her coaching description below which can also be found on the Improvement page: https://rochesterchess.com/?page_id=2776

Club members and coaches are invited to contribute to the Improvement page.

Jovana Milosevic is a Woman FIDE Master with two Woman International Master norms. She has played competitively and studied chess for more than ten years. Some of her greatest achievements include winning first place in Balkan Chess Championship and South Eastern Europe Chess Championship twice and second place in European Rapid Chess Championship. Also, she won first place in Serbia Youth Chess Championship and second place in Serbia Woman Chess Championship. She is the 2019 Minnesota women chess champion. She has been teaching chess professionally in Rochester, MN. She has given both private and group lessons, been a lead instructor in various chess camps and taught chess in community schools. At the moment she is available for online lessons and can be contacted by email jovana51796@gmail.com

Footnote by Dennis: Jovana recently played in a 9-round FIDE tournament in Belgrade in which she finished with a score of 6/9 tied for 10th place in a field of 88 players, many of whom were titled players. Jovana’s performance rating was an impressive 2296 FIDE!  You can check out the cross table in the link below. http://chess-results.com/tnr457179.aspx?lan=1&art=1&rd=9. Jovana is not only an excellent chess coach but she is a fierce competitor.
