CONTINUATION OF WFM JOVANA MILOSEVIC’S ADVANCED CHESS CLASSES ON ZOOM.
ON SATURDAY MAY 7, NOON – 1:30 PM, WOMAN FIDE MASTER MILOSEVIC WILL DISCUSS AND ANALYZE SELECTED GAMES OF ALEXANDER ALIKHINE, THE FOURTH WORLD CHESS CHAMPION.
THESE CLASSES ARE FREE DUE TO SPONSORSHIP BY A ROCHESTER CHESS DONOR.
Jovana Milosevic is a Woman FIDE Master with two Woman International Master Norms. She has played competitively and studied chess for 15 years. Some of her greatest achievements include winning first place in Balkan Chess Championship and South Eastern Europe Chess Championship twice and second place in European Rapid Chess Championship. Also, she won first place in Serbia Youth Chess Championship and second place in Serbia Woman Chess Championship. Jovana is the 2019 Minnesota Woman Chess Champion. Note by the organizer: Jovana is an excellent chess coach. She breaks down complex material so that less experienced chess players can learn from her. She has conducted numerous chess classes with members of Rochester Chess. I can say from personal experience that Master Milosevic is a gifted teacher/coach.
