CONTINUATION OF WFM JOVANA MILOSEVIC’S ADVANCED CHESS CLASSES ON ZOOM.

ON SATURDAY MAY 7, NOON – 1:30 PM, WOMAN FIDE MASTER MILOSEVIC WILL DISCUSS AND ANALYZE SELECTED GAMES OF ALEXANDER ALIKHINE, THE FOURTH WORLD CHESS CHAMPION.

Jovana Milosevic is a Woman FIDE Master with two Woman International Master Norms. She has played competitively and studied chess for 15 years. Some of her greatest achievements include winning first place in Balkan Chess Championship and South Eastern Europe Chess Championship twice and second place in European Rapid Chess Championship. Also, she won first place in Serbia Youth Chess Championship and second place in Serbia Woman Chess Championship. Jovana is the 2019 Minnesota Woman Chess Champion. Note by the organizer: Jovana is an excellent chess coach. She breaks down complex material so that less experienced chess players can learn from her. She has conducted numerous chess classes with members of Rochester Chess. I can say from personal experience that Master Milosevic is a gifted teacher/coach.

Rochester Chess on October 5: Casual Chess and Game Analysis

Rochester Chess will feature casual chess and game analysis on Tuesday, October 5 in the Mayo Clinic Harwick Building. Bring in the score sheet from one of your recent games to share with others.

On Sunday, October 10, 1:00 – 2:00 PM on Zoom and Chess.com, National Master Gordon Ruan will be analyzing his masterpiece in the Twin Cities Chess League team match against National Master Samrug Narayanan.
