REGISTER FOR THE FREE 2024 WINTER SCHOLASTIC (K-12) USCF-RATED SWISS CHESS TOURNAMENT ON SATURDAY, DECEMBER 14. A SEPARATE K-2 UNRATED TOURNAMENT WILL BE HELD.
Four rounds of Game/30, d5s in a Swiss Style format will be played. All participants will play 4 games. No elimination. Participating in the K-12 sections requires a USCF membership (https://new.uschess.org/join-us-chess). Chess sets and clocks will be provided. Half-point byes are available for schedule conflicts.

Trophies/medals will be awarded to the top finishers in each section K-2, grades 3 – 5, grades 6 – 8, grades 9-12.
Site: Mayo Clinic Harwick Cafeteria, 201 Third Ave. SW, Rochester, MN. Online pre-registration is required to reserve your spot in the tournament. Round 1: 10:00 AM
Round 2: 11:10 AM
Lunch Break: Immediately after your round 2 game ends (on your own).
Round 3: 1:00 PM
Round 4: 2:10 PM
Awards following Round 4 at about 3:30 PM.
