WARM-UP FOR THE 132nd MINNESOTA OPEN!

Hone your chess skills in preparation for the Minnesota Open which will be held on February 14 – 16 at Bethel University. The Minnesota Open is the Granddaddy of competitive chess in Minnesota. 270+ players are expected to participate this year in one of five sections. Jai Knuth and others asked Rochester Chess to help local folks prepare the Minnesota Open. We responded by organizing a warm-up 3-round, USCF-rated tournament of G/60 + 30s increment beginning on Tuesday, January 28. One game per night will be played for 3 consecutive weeks.
