FREE CHESS CLASS AND GAME ANALYSIS ON TUESDAY, JULY 25.

Coach Jacob Arroyo will be leading a free chess class on Tuesday, July 25, 6 – 7 PM featuring a discussion of the French Defense.

You are invited to bring one or more of your chess games from the 2023 Rochester Open to share with other club members. Master Matt Jensen and others will be analyzing some of their games from the Rochester Open.

REMINDER TO REGISTER FOR SUMMER CLASSICAL CHESS.

By popular demand, Rochester Chess will continue USCF-rated classical chess in round robin quads at a time control of G/60; 30-second delay. Participants who are available to play 6 games will play in a double round robin one game with white and one game with black (one game per week) in a 4-player section against players of similar skill level. One or more sections of a mini-swiss or quad (3 games only) will be added for players who cannot commit to playing 6 games.
