Congratulations to John Bitz for winning the Summer Classical Swiss with a perfect 4-0 score! George Paulik, Anthony Szarka, and Ethan Kaske tied for 2 – 4 places with scores of 3-1. The Fall 2023 Classical Swiss will begin August 29. One or more sections of 8 players players of similar rating will play 3 games. Time control will be G/60, d30. PAIRINGS FOR ROUND 4 IN THE SUMMER CLASSIC – II
The round 4 pairings for the summer classic are below. This will be the final round in the summer swiss section. Two players in the swiss were assigned half-point byes for rounds 1 – 3. Games start at 6:45 PM or earlier if opponents agree. Time control is G/60, d30. The Fall Swiss is scheduled to begin on Tuesday, August 29 at the club. I will ask the players on Tuesday in the current swiss to confirm if they want to play in the Fall Swiss.
Most of the quads will be beginning the second half of their double round robin competition according to the schedule below. Games start at 6:45 PM or earlier if opponents agree. Time control is G/60, d30.
