FM/WIM Alice Lee is Tied for First Place in the US Women’s Championship After 3 Rounds!!

ROUND 3 OF THE FALL SWISS AND KIDS STUFF ON TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 27.
Pairings for round 3 of the Fall Swiss are below:

All games are scheduled to start at 6:30 PM except for Wilson’s game which is scheduled to start at 6:45 PM. Players may start earlier if their opponents agree.
Kids Stuff: Experienced chess players are invited to stop by to help some kids improve their chess.
INVITATION TO PLAY IN THE 2022 ROCHESTER CHAMPIONSHIP, OCTOBER 22 AND 23 (SAT & SUN).
Format: 6-Player Round Robin (5 games, G/60 + 30 sec) in the Premier Section and 5-round Swiss (5 games, G/60 + 30 sec) in the Amateur Section (open to all). USCF membership required.
Round Times for Premier and Amateur:
Saturday, October 22, 10:00 AM, 2:00 PM, 6:00 PM
Sunday, October 23, 10:00 AM, 2:00 PM

Eligibility: Open to all current members of Rochester Chess. You can renew or join here: https://rochesterchess.com/?page_id=3099 Seeding in the Premier Section will be based on regular USCF rating in the September Supplement.
Prizes: Winner of the Premier Section will be declared the 2022 Rochester Chess Champion. Trophy and $1,000. Winner of the Amateur Section will be declared 2022 Rochester Amateur Chess Champion. Trophy and $500.

The 6 highest rated players who accept the invitation to play will be seeded in the Premier Section. Remaining players who respond will be placed in the Amateur Section (5-round Swiss event).
